When you send us a domain

To build the report, we send the domain and the questions for that business to the AI assistants we measure, and pull the Google results we report on. Your client is never contacted.

We read Search Console only if you give us access, and only for your report. We keep the answers from each run so the next one can show what moved, and delete them when you ask.

If you email us

Your message and address sit in our email inbox, a real person reads them and replies, usually within a day. We use them only to answer you. No drip campaigns, no sales sequences. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.

Who else handles it

These companies are involved in the site and the report:

• OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI and Perplexity: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Perplexity answer the questions. Claude also helps us process the answers.
• Google: Gemini answers the questions, Search Console gives clicks when you grant access, and Google Fonts serves the two typefaces.
• OpenRouter: the gateway we reach most of the assistants through.
• Exa: the web search some of the assistants use to look things up.
• DataForSEO: the Google results and AI Overviews we read.
• Vercel: hosts the website.

Doing that, they may process basic technical data such as your IP address. Each runs under its own privacy terms.

What we don’t do

No analytics, no ad trackers, no cookies, no selling data.
